Proper planning and preparation prior to the start of a painting
or wallpaper project ensures high-quality results with a smooth finish. During the planning phase, we: - Meet
with clients to establish how much preparation is needed to get a smooth high quality finish. Many times the walls are uneven,
have cracks, or showing the tape lines, all of this can be corrected with the proper preparation work which may include minor
spackle or a major skin coat. Our initial meeting with the client at the job site will determine this so the client can decide
on their individual preferance.
- Show clients samples of other projects, different techniques and color choices that
suit their personality.
- Set up timeframe for work to be performed.
- Order and expedite the delivery of
all material.
- Implement management control of all project activities
